New Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) Special School for Luton

The planning application for the proposed SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) special school in Luton was considered by the Development Management Committee on 26 November 2025.

Councillors agreed to support the recommendation to approve the planning application, subject to a number of conditions as well as referring the application to the Ministry for Housing, Communities, and Local Government (MHCLG) for consideration.
